Description

The price is for both branch catalogs and includes free shipping.

Just finished putting together a branch catalog on the ROTC and the JROTC.  I have looked for months for something on ROTC and JROTC. The only thing I found were the Trading Posts.  So I went through all the ones I had (I have from 1967 to present) and added the black and white pics to the color ones from my Big Green Book. Keeping the hallmarks and approved dates in their own chapters.

Keeping the school crests and the hallmark and dates separate allows faster scanning for a crest and unit match.

I also added a brief history on the ROTC and JROTC in each booklet beginning.

I did find out which high school was the first in the nation and when the college ROTC program started.  There is also a list of the JROTC brigades and what area each covers.

There are over 100 pages in the JROTC booklet and over 60 pages in the ROTC booklet.

Both are on high quality paper and are not bound in anyway. I put 3 holes on the side for placing them in a binder.

FREE SHIPPING within the US only, at this time.

In my opinion, the way Barry J Stein, Shelby Stanton and Bob Capistrano did, in displaying the unit crests, keeping them together allows the collector to scan all the crests for the one they are looking for.   Having page after page of one crest because there is a different hallmark, isn't what my  books  (Collections) are all about.

The main focus on my books will always be to identify a crest to a unit.   Identifying a crest to a unit is the first step of the journey. Then the hallmark and history. You can't have any hallmark or any history until you know the unit.
