DESCRIPTION

 

This is a 5th or 6th seat from an early (1960s) Beechcraft Baron. It fits in the aft baggage compartment as a “third row” seat. The legs are fixed – do not fold. This seat does not hinge or fold up against the aft bulkhead.

 

This seat is in VERY GOOD condition, with no damage to the frame and only 1 blemish in the vinyl upholstery. The fabric seat inserts are completely intact.

 

This seat comes with a matching removable, ambidextrous (left or right side) armrest.

 

Seat back folds forward but does not recline.

 

Seat frame and legs are tubular.

 

Seat/lap belt included.

 

Measurements –

19 1/4 inches on center – distance between seat legs, fore to aft

17 inches on center – distance between seat legs, side-to-side

27 inches – length of seat (front of bottom cushion to rear of aft leg)

28 1/2 inches – height of seat, bottom of leg tube to top of seat back

22 inches – length of bottom cushion  ** © nasa21 – do not copy **

18 inches – width of bottom cushion

7/8 inch – tubing inside diameter (thin wall)

 

Legs are parallel fore and aft, side to side.
