Contains over 13,000 color pictures of US Army Unit crests covering all US Army branches.  It's the size of the old SEARS catalog with over 500 pages of color pictures. This book includes crests that are: authorized, unauthorized, beercan, never issued, made for collectors and some odd ball crests of past and present Army units. It also contains a collection of ROTC and JROTC unit crests. There are no histories or backgrounds on any unit crest in this book. 

Are all US Army unit crests included in the book?  Of course not. There isn't any book that has all crests.  This one however, has chapters on US Army Air Corps, ROTC and JROTC which aren't found elsewhere.
