DescriptIon:  Presented is one pair of original, vintage, WW II. German Heer Enlisted Personnel Shoulder Boards. Division-Group-Unit Unknown. Possibly Waffen Cavalry These are in mint condition. 

History: This item has been in my personal collection since 2001. It has been stored in a conditioned, smoke free environment, absent of sunlight and has never been publicly displayed. I purchased the item from an industry noted and reputable collector.

Guarantee:  This item is guaranteed original and vintage to the period indicated and as herein described. See “Returns” below.

Shipping & Handling:  The sales price includes packing & small items crating. Unless noted, all items are packed and ready for immediate shipment (See Payment below). There may be a crating charge for very large items, framed pictures, fragile items, saddles, etc. Shipping and large item crating charges will be determined at checkout and will be added to the item sales price. Small packages will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail unless directed differently by the Buyer. Large items will be shipped buy U.P.S.. Free shipping items are marked as such. I do not charge a handling fee and I do not mark up shipping charges. I use extreme care in packaging and will not be responsible for damages during or after shipment.

Insurance:  Basic insurance coverage is only the amount covered  under the Carrier’s base shipping charges (Normally $50.00 for U.S.P.S.). Additional insurance if requested by the Buyer’s is additional and will be added to the final sales price. Tracking and all insurance claims are the Buyer’s responsibility. However, I will assist when possible.

Payment:  I accept payment by PayPal, money orders, bank checks, business checks and personal checks. I do not accept cash, credit cards or crypto currency. I will accept cash (USD) for Buyer pick up purchases. For PayPal payments the item(s) will be shipped the day of payment receipt notification from PayPal. For all other payments the item(s) will be shipped when the payment clears the payment clears the bank which is normally ten (10) days. I check bank deposits daily. Items will not be shipped until payment authorized and/or received.

Returns:  Normally I do not accept returns. However, due to the hundreds of variations of shoulder boards and collar tabs and the complexities of colors & materials along with use, ageing and fading it is sometimes very difficult to accurately ascertain the exact identification of a piece without definitive historical data, therefore, leaving the identification up to interpretation and experience. I expend considerable time endeavoring to validate the historical accuracy of each item I sell. I do not sell reproductions unless clearly noted as such. Knowingly I do not sell fakes. Within 15 days if you find & can prove that I have       sold you shoulder boards or collar tabs that are not as I have listed and photographed, then I will refund your purchase price and I will pay the return postage.

There will be no refund for lost or damaged returned items. Buyer is responsible for requesting additional insurance. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as photographed and as shipped from me. No return request will be accepted after fifteen (15) calendar days from the original shipping date. Once received and if approved, the return funds will be mailed within five (5) calendar days.
