ARTIFACT: This is a Portsmouth (New Hampshire) Fire Association ink blotter. The blue blotter lists Calvin Page as President and A. F. Howard as Secretary of the Association and credits Dockhain & Thorpe Agents in Manchester, NH at the bottom.
