ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1900 Liberty Fire Company No. 5 of Allentown, Pennsylvania guest celluloid pin. The pin has a likeness of the Fire Chief at its center and was made by Ed. H. Schlechter.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4” in diameter.

[/n]

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Celluloid-wrapped tin, paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin with loop catch.

[/n]

MARKINGS: MADE BY Ed. H. Schlechter 540 Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa. with union mark.
