Description

Up for auction is the much sought after and referenced "Best of the Best" edition of The American Society of Military Insignia's Trading Post.  This was a special edition of the Trading Post published for the October-December 2013 edition and is 112 pages long.  Each page is packed with full color images of insignia that are sought after by collectors.  The bottom portion of the front cover discusses the five sections in the journal.

This specific book is from the collection of an ASMIC member who would like to see it go to a new collectors library.  It shows some use but overall is in great shape.  The wear is mostly on the cover and edges of the journal.  Spine is intact and in good shape, no pages are missing, torn or dog-eared. See photos of the covers.

Shipping via USPS tracked in the US for $3, overseas at actual cost.  Combined shipping on multiple orders, please wait for invoice if buying multiple orders.  Extra postage options such as insurance or expedited services to be paid by buyer.  ASMIC is not responsible for damages or items lost in the mail.

The American Society of Military Insignia Collectors (ASMIC) is the oldest collecting group dedicated to the study, preservation and collecting of military insignia, dating back to 1937.  Today the Society is still going strong with nearly 1,000 members across the globe.  If you collect insignia this group is a must for you.  One year of membership alone can save you many times that by avoiding one bad purchase.  Articles in the Trading Post range in topics on all types of metal and cloth insignia, and are often accompanied by the history of the units and service members who wore them.  If you are not an ASMIC member, please check out asmic.org for more information on joining.  ASMIC is a 501(c)3 organization for tax purposes.
