Description

ARTIFACT: This is a late 1980's to early 1990's submarine patch for the USS Cavalla (SSN-684). The Cavalla was launched at Groton, Connecticut on February 19, 1972. She was decommissioned on March 30, 1998.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1980's - early 1990's.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2” in height and 4-3/16” in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.
